ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಆಗಸ್ಟ್,24,2024 (www.justkannada.in): ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಜಯಪುರ, ಹಾಸನ ಸೇರಿ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಏರ್-ಸ್ಟ್ರಿಪ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ಹಲವು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಅಡಚಣೆಗಳು ಎದುರಾಗಿವೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಕೆಲ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಭೂಮಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
219 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ, 322 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿರುವ ರಾಯಚೂರು ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಆರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಅಡಚಣೆಗಳಿದ್ದು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು. ಅಗತ್ಯ ಬಿದ್ದರೆ ದೆಹಲಿಗೂ ಹೋಗಿ ಬರಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ಕಟ್ಟಾಜ್ಞೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದರು.
ರಾಯಚೂರು ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಡಿಪಿಆರ್ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಪರಿಸರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಬೇಗನೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹಾಸನ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಚುರುಕಾಗಿ ಮುಗಿಸಬೇಕು. ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇದ್ದು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲು ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ಸ್ಥಗಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಬೀದರ್ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ವಿಮಾನಗಳ ಹಾರಾಟ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಪರ್ಯಾಯ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪುನಃ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ಚಾಲನೆಗೆ ಏನೆಲ್ಲ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿಜಯಪುರ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇರುವ ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಚಿವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು. ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನಕ್ಕೂ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನಿಡೀದರು.
ಏರ್-ಸ್ಟ್ರಿಪ್ಸ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿ
ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮವನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು, ಕೊಡಗು, ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳ ಮತ್ತು ಹಂಪೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್-ಸ್ಟ್ರಿಪ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪೈಕಿ ಕೊಡಗು ಮತ್ತು ಧರ್ಮಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ 140 ಎಕರೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಶಾಸಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತದ ಜತೆ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸಿ, ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮುಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 12೦ ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗ ಗುರ್ತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಇನ್ನೂ 17.5 ಎಕರೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಡಿಪಿಆರ್ ಸಿದ್ಧ ಪಡಿಸಲು ಪವನ್ ಹನ್ಸ್ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕಾರವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಎನ್ಕ್ಲೇವ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ 97 ಎಕರೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 27.34 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹಣ ಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಯಚೂರು ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಶರಣಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಸಣ್ಣ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎನ್.ಎಸ್. ಬೋಸರಾಜು, ರಾಯಚೂರು ಸಂಸದ ಕುಮಾರ್ ನಾಯಕ್, ರಾಯಚೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ನಿತೇಶ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.
ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಏರ್ ಸ್ಟ್ರಿಪ್ ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಶಾಸಕ ತಮ್ಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರೊಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವರು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಕೆಎಸ್ಐಐಡಿಸಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಖುಷ್ಬೂ ಗೋಯಲ್, ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಹೆಬ್ಸಿಬಾ ರಾಣಿ ಕೊರ್ಲಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರು.

Airport, Airstrip Projects Progress Reviewed
Minister Instructs Officials to Swiftly Resolve Hurdles
Bengaluru: Infrastructure Development Minister MB Patil convened a meeting on Friday to review the progress of various airport and airstrip development projects across the state.
Following the meeting, Minister Patil acknowledged that several projects are currently facing technical hurdles, while others are delayed due to incomplete land acquisition. He emphasised that strict instructions have been given to officials to swiftly resolve these issues.
One of the major concerns discussed was the Rs 219 crore Raichur Greenfield Airport project on the 322-acre site, which has encountered delays due to technical issues. Minister Patil stated that officials have been directed to engage with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to address these obstacles and even visit Delhi if needed.
He further informed that the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Raichur project is already prepared, and the necessary environmental clearances should be obtained without delay.
The Minister also called for the swift advancement of work at Hassan Airport.
He noted that flight operations from Bidar Airport have been halted due to the suspension of the UDAN scheme. He instructed officials to explore alternative options with other service providers and to investigate the possibility of resuming operations under the UDAN scheme.
He mentioned that work on Vijayapura Airport is almost complete and directed officials to expedite the procurement of fire extinguisher vehicles for the airport. He also instructed them to take appropriate action to acquire the land required for constructing a connecting road to Vijayapura Airport.
*Identification of Land for Airstrip Development*
In line with promoting tourism, the government has announced the construction of airstrips in Chikkamagaluru, Kodagu, Dharmasthala, and Hampi. For this, 140 acres of land are required in both Kodagu and Dharmasthala. The Minister directed that this process be completed after consultations with the respective MLAs and district administrations.
Regarding Chikkamagaluru, Minister Patil mentioned that 120 acres of land have already been identified, but an additional 17.5 acres are needed. Officials have been directed to locate the remaining land, and Pawan Hans, a helicopter service company, has been asked to prepare a DPR for the project.
Additionally, Minister Patil highlighted the need for 97 more acres of land for the development of a civil enclave in Karwar, noting that over Rs 27.34 crore has already been allocated for this project.
Raichur District In-charge Minister Dr. Sharan Prakash Patil, Minister Bosaraju, MP Kumar Naik, Raichur Deputy Commissioner Nitesha, Chikkamagaluru MLA Thammaiah, KSIIDC Managing Director Khushbu Goyal, and Hebsiba Rani, Additional Secretary of the Department of Infrastructure, were among the officials present at the meeting.
