ಮೈಸೂರು, ಸೆ.10,2024: (www.justkannada.in news) ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಹಿಂಸೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಬೇಡುವುದು ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ ಕೃತ್ಯ.

ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ವಯಸ್ಸಾದ ಅಥವಾ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಗೋವುಗಳ ಜತೆ ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಬೇಡುವುದು ಮಾಮೂಲಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಚಿಕ್ಕ  ಹುಡುಗರಿ  ಮತ್ತು ಹುಡುಗಿಯರು ಹಸಿದ ಹಸು ಅಥವಾ ಗೂಳಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಬೇಡುವುದು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ದೃಶ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ನನಗೆ ಹಸಿವಾಗಿದೆ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗೆ ಹಸಿವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.  ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕರೆ ಅಂಗಡಿ, ಕಾರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕದಿಯುವುದು ಕೂಡ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ.  ಪೊಲೀಸರು, ಪಶುಸಂಗೋಪನಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಮೈಸೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಣ್ಣುಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳ ಮನೆ ಅಥವಾ ಪಿಂಜ್ರಾಪೋಲ್‌ಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅಪರಾಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಬಂಧಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು  ಭಾರತೀಯ ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಡಾ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮಿತ್ತಲ್ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

It has also been seen that when they get a chance, they steal goods from shops and cars. Police, Animal Husbandry Department, Area Officer of Mysore Municipal Corporation are sitting blindfolded. They should immediately catch the animal and send it to the animal house or Pinjrapol by following various laws and those who involve them in the crime should be warned and arrested immediately.
