ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜು.18,2024: (www.justkannada.in new)  ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಬೀದರ್ – ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಡುವಿನ ನಾಗರಿಕ ವಿಮಾನ ಸಂಚಾರ ಪುನಾರಂಭಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಎರಡು ವಾರಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವ ಎಂ.ಬಿ. ಪಾಟೀಲ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೀದರ್ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅರಣ್ಯ, ಜೀವಿಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರ ಸಚಿವ ಈಶ್ವರ ಬಿ ಖಂಡ್ರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೌರಾಡಳಿತ ಸಚಿವ ರಹೀಂ ಖಾನ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಸಮಿತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುವಾರ ನಡೆದ ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಚಿವರು ಈ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಬೀದರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಡುವೆ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸೇವೆ ಪುನಾರಂಭಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ 72 ಆಸನಗಳ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿ 2 ವಾರಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸಚಿವ ಪಾಟೀಲ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.

ಈಶ್ವರ ಖಂಡ್ರೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಗಡಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಬೀದರ್ ಗೆ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸೇವೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಜನರ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮಣಿದು 2020ರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಾಯುಪಡೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಾಗರಿಕ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸೇವೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಮತ್ತೆ 2022ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನಾರಂಭವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ಕಳೆದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ನಿಂದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ಸೇವಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ತಮಗೆ ಉಡಾನ್ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ವಿಮಾನ ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಮತ್ತೆ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೀಡುವುದಾದರೆ ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದಲೇ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಹಣ ಭರಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸೇವಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸೇವೆ ಪುನಾರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಡಾ. ಎನ್. ಮಂಜುಳಾ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಗಮದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಸತೀಶ ಮತ್ತಿತರರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.

Bengaluru: MB Patil, Minister for Infrastructure Development, on Wednesday instructed officials to discuss with private civil aviation service providers the resumption of flight service between Bidar and Bengaluru, which has been halted. He asked for a proposal to be submitted within two weeks.

Patil issued the directive during a high-level meeting at Vidhana Soudha, attended by Eshwar Khandre, Forest Minister and in charge of Bidar district, and Rahim Khan, Minister for Municipal Administration.

Patil directed officials to hold consultations with aviation service providers to restart 72-seater flights.

Eshwar Khandre explained that civil aviation services to the border district of Hyderabad Karnataka were launched with an Indian Airforce flight in 2020 following strong demand from the people of the region. The service was subsequently halted and then restarted in 2022, but it has been completely stopped since last December. Service providers have cited the discontinuation of the subsidy under the UDAN scheme as the reason for the stoppage. They have expressed willingness to restart services if the subsidy is extended. "Given this, the state government should consider providing a subsidy to service providers," Khandre urged.

Dr. N Manjula, Secretary of Infrastructure Development, and Satish, MD of Infrastructure Development Corporation, were also present at the meeting.
