ಹಗರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲ ತಾವರಚಂದ್ ಗೆಹ್ಲೋಟ್ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ, ಮೈಸೂರು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಫುಲ್‌ ಅಲರ್ಟ್.
ವಕೀಲ-ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತ ಟಿ ಜೆ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಂ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಮಯಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್ ಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೂಲದ ಟಿ.ಜೆ. ಅಬ್ರಹಾಂ, ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಸ್ನೇಹಮಯಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ದೂರು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್‌ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಡಾ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ, ಇದರ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯ ದೂರು ಸಹ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲೇ ದಾಖಲಾಗಬೇಕು. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್ ಆದೇಶದನ್ವಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಈ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ರವಾನಿಸಲಿದ್ದು, ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಇದು ಮೈಸೂರು ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಚೇರಿ ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ಎಫ್.ಐ.ಆರ್. ದಾಖಲಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಆನಂತರ ಇದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವಿಶೇಷ ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.
ಘಟನೆ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ:
ಟಿ ಜೆ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಂ ಅವರ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಮನವಿಯ ನಂತರ ಜುಲೈ 26 ರಂದು "ಶೋಕಾಸ್ ನೋಟಿಸ್" ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿತು. ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಏಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಸಿಕ್ಯೂಷನ್ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಬಾರದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿ ಏಳು ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಆರೋಪಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಾಗಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿತು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 1 ರಂದು "ಶೋಕಾಸ್ ನೋಟಿಸ್" ಅನ್ನು ಹಿಂತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿತು. ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಎಂದು ವಾದಿಸಿತ್ತು.
