ನವ ದೆಹಲಿ, ಜೂ.11,2024: (www.justkannada.in news ) ಈ ಸಾಲಿನ ಎನ್‌ಇಇಟಿ-ಯುಜಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶದ  ಗೊಂದಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ (ಎನ್‌ಟಿಎ) ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ನಾಥ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಹ್ಸಾನುದ್ದೀನ್ ಅಮಾನುಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರ ಪೀಠವು ಎನ್‌ಟಿಎಗೆ ನೋಟಿಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿ, " ಕೇಳಿ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರಿದೆ " , ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಬೇಕುʼ ಎಂದು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿತು.

ಪೀಠವು, ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌  ರಜೆಯ ನಂತರ ಜುಲೈ 8 ರಂದು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ  ಇತರೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜತೆಗೆ ಟ್ಯಾಗ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿತು.

ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಜೂನ್ 1 ರಂದು ಶಿವಂಗಿ ಮಿಶ್ರಾ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
