ಮೈಸೂರು, ಏ.19, 2024  : (www.justkannada.in news ) ಮೈಸೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಣ ದುರುಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಮೂರ್ತಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚನೆ. ಕುಲಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳು ಆದ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲ ಥಾವರ್‌ ಚಂದ್‌ ಗೆಹ್ಲೋಟ್‌ ಅವರಿಂದ ಆದೇಶ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಣಕಾಸು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆಡಿಟ್ ವರದಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, 55 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಈ  ಹಗರಣದ ಕುರಿತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅವಲೋಕನಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ  ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪರಿಶೋಧನಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವರದಿ, ಹಣಕಾಸು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಪತ್ರ  ಮತ್ತು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಆಪಾದಿತ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಈ ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹಣ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಹಗರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾಗಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಅನೇಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಜತೆಗೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಧೀಶರಾದ ಬಸವರಾಜ್‌ ಶಿವಪ್ಪ ತಡಹಾಳ್‌ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಈ ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ  ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಕ್ಯಾ. ಟಿ.ವೇಣುಗೋಪಾಲ್‌ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಮಿತಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಆಡಿಟ್‌ ವರದಿ ಅನ್ವಯ, ಹಣ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಸಂಬಂಧದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ  ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಲೆ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು. ಈ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

NOTIFICATION

WHEREAS, the Secretary to Government, Finance Department in letter dated 28-11-2022 has mentioned about Rs. 55 crore scam which was audited by State Accounts department and the Finance Department has requested the Higher Education Department to take action regarding in this regard as per rules on the observations of the State Accounts Department. The report of the State Audit Department (Annex 1), the Finance Department letter (Annex 2) and the details of the alleged irregularities as submitted by the Higher Education Department (Annex 3) are enclosed.

WHEREAS, the list of persons submitted by the State Government in connection with the above issues involves multiple officers and staff currently serving and retired at the University and also appointed as officers in other Universities and also private persons employed erstwhile in the University.
